Dilan Çıtak was born on December 2, 1989. She graduated from Pera Fine Arts High School's Music Department in 2007. Although her main focus was vocal training, she also took piano and violin lessons. During her school years, she performed as a soloist in musicals and jazz choirs. Additionally, she received two years of acting training at Pera Theater.
In 2011, she went to the United States to pursue language and music education. She continued her music education at Berklee College of Music. She also worked on her vocals with an American vocal coach who graduated from the renowned Juilliard School, known for producing many successful artists in the field. Dilan Çıtak furthered her studies in musicology by enrolling in Istanbul Technical University's English Musicology program. In 2014, she released her first solo single, "ÇIK DIŞARI." She then covered the unforgettable 90s hit "MAALESEF."
On October 20th, Dilan Çıtak took an important step in her musical journey with the release of her single "Kasko," which she stated best represents her true self. Now, Dilan Çıtak is returning to captivate her fans with a new piece. Her new song, titled "Virane," will be released on September 6th, accompanied by an impressive music video. Dilan Çıtak continues to stand out in her music career with her unique style, appealing to her listeners.
